Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts seven (7) days. If seven (7) days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging will all the original taggings.

In order to exercise the refund & return, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by sending an email to service@escapefour.com.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Any costs incurred for returning the item will be your full responsibility.


Return

In order for the item to be eligible for a return:

i. Please make sure that the item was purchased in the last seven (7) days. Please provide proof of purchase such as receipt or invoice.

ii. The items are in the original packaging with all the taggings.

iii. The items have no sign of use.

Several types of items are exempt from being returned. We do not accept items that are hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any item that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item to us. You should send the item at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for item damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item or proof of received return delivery.


Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, items on sale cannot be refunded.

If you are approved, we will contact you for further arrangements. Then your refund will be processed in fourteen (14) working days.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@escapefour.com.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not accept exchange of item for no reason.


Gifts

We accept return of gift item but no compensation will be in exchange.
